Featured work

Intilio: Transforming Construction Project Management

Redesigned a chaotic internal tool into a commercial-ready construction management platform with advanced timeline visualization and modern UX patterns.

Intilio

Role: Product Designer (Mid-project entry)

Contribution: Timeline view design, notifications system, contacts module redesign, complex card components

Timeline: 6+ months of iterative design and development

Scope: Small to medium construction companies seeking digital transformation

Challenge: Working within pre-established design constraints while innovating key features

Problem: An internally-used construction management tool had become chaotic after years of single-user customization. The company needed to transform it into a commercially viable product for the broader construction industry.

Opportunity: Streamline complex workflows, introduce modern UX patterns, and create scalable features that could serve diverse construction companies' project management needs.

Key Outcomes & Results

Timeline Innovation:

Created comprehensive project timeline view with 3 display modes (daily, quarterly, yearly) and workload heatmapping

Modern Interface Patterns:

Replaced traditional table-based contacts with card-based design system

Enhanced Information Architecture:

Redesigned project flow using collapsible tabs instead of overwhelming segmented controls

First-Time Notifications:

Designed complete notification system for web platform (previously mobile-only)

Commercial Viability:

Contributed to product's transition from internal chaos to market-ready solution

The Link: Smart Parking Reimagined

Created a complete concept MVP for a smart parking app from blank slate to investor-ready prototype, including future-forward CarPlay and iOS Live Activities integrations.

The Link

Role: Product Designer

Contribution: End-to-end design ownership - branding, UX/UI, prototyping, future concept development

Timeline: Rapid development sprint (concept to prototype)

Scope: Startup client with clear vision but no existing brand or product strategy

Innovation: Forward-thinking integrations with CarPlay and iOS Live Activities

Challenge: A startup client had a clear product vision for simplifying parking spot discovery and reservation but came with no branding, product scope, or user experience strategy.

Opportunity: Create a compelling concept MVP that not only solves core parking pain points but positions the product as investment-ready with cutting-edge integrations for CarPlay and iOS Live Activities.

Key Outcomes & Results

Complete Brand Identity:

Developed minimalist visual system optimized for utility and future tech integration

Streamlined Core Experience:

Designed intuitive parking discovery → reservation → payment flow with real-time availability

Future-Ready Innovation:

Created compelling CarPlay interface and iOS Live Activities concepts that differentiate from competitors

Investment-Ready Prototype:

Delivered polished, clickable Figma prototype demonstrating both current value and future potential

Turkish Aerospace - Glass Cockpit Interaction Design

Designed mission-critical pilot interfaces for Advanced Jet Trainer Aircraft, directly impacting aviation safety and operational efficiency.

Role: Product Designer (Systems Engineer, Human Machine Interface)

Contribution: End-to-end UI/UX design across 17 integrated sub-systems with cross-functional leadership

Challenge: Pilots operating the aircraft require interfaces that perform flawlessly under high-stress conditions while managing complex multi-system operations. Traditional cockpit designs couldn't meet the stringent requirements for next-generation glass cockpit systems.

Opportunity: Create intuitive, safety-critical interfaces that reduce cognitive load and improve pilot performance while maintaining 100% compliance with aviation safety standards.

Key Outcomes & Results

User Impact

  • Improved Performance: Enhanced pilot task completion times through optimized interface hierarchy and information architecture
  • Reduced Cognitive Load: Streamlined complex system interactions into intuitive workflows
  • Safety Enhancement: Interfaces designed to minimize human error in critical flight operations

Business Impact

  • 100% Compliance: Met all aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Cross-functional Success: Successfully coordinated design requirements across 17 sub-system teams
  • Validation Success: 15+ user research sessions with aviation professionals confirmed design effectiveness

Process Innovation

  • Research-Driven: Conducted extensive usability testing with actual pilots and aviation professionals
  • Systems Thinking: Managed complex interdependencies between multiple aircraft sub-systems
  • Agile Adaptation: Applied user-centered design principles to high-stakes, regulated environment

The Last Feast: Transforming Environmental Grief Into Connection

Designed an insect-inspired wine experience that turns ecological anxiety into meaningful conversations and community healing.

Role: Product & Service Designer (interdisciplinary team of 6)

Contribution: User research, concept development, digital product design, service blueprint creation

Timeline: 14 weeks (Master's program studio course)

Methodology: Double Diamond design process with systemic design approach

Challenge: Environmental grief and biodiversity loss create feelings of helplessness, anxiety, and emotional disconnection from nature, particularly around insects, which are crucial to ecosystems but widely misunderstood.

Opportunity: Transform negative emotions about environmental degradation into positive community experiences that foster connection, understanding, and healing through shared reflection.

Key Outcomes & Results

Successful User Testing:

4 user groups showed strong positive engagement and described the experience as "emotional and refreshing"

Holistic Solution:

Complete ecosystem including wine brand, mobile app, physical cards, website, and community space concept

Research-Driven Design:

14 interviews (3 experts + 11 users) directly informed concept development

Business Viability:

Developed comprehensive business model and launch strategy

Emotional Impact:

Successfully facilitated meaningful conversations about grief, loss, and ecological responsibility
